I really like the questions you ask.. Similar to my style.. Way more informative to ask the "why" questions, rather than "what does the current quarter look like?"
A couple of questions l like, depending on the company,
1. You have given your BOD you 5 year plan. If in 5 years you did not achieve those goals to the Board's satisfaction, outside of macro, what are the two or three things that might have been the reason for that?
2. I still do not understand your sales process and customer relationship. Take me on a theoretical sales call and walk me through the process.
